Job Description

Accountant- Real Estate Background Are you an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Real Estate industry? We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the UAE real estate sector to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the integrity of financial records by accurately recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
Prepare and record entries related to assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses, compiling and analyzing account information.
Ensure the accuracy of subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions while promptly resolving discrepancies.
Manage the general ledger by transferring subsidiary account information, preparing trial balances, and reconciling entries.
Summarize the financial status of the organization by collecting data and preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Oversee payroll processing by initiating computer-based procedures, printing checks, and verifying the accuracy of the final output.
Support external audit processes by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing required information to auditors.
Maintain compliance with legal requirements to prevent potential legal challenges.
Safeguard financial information by regularly completing database backups.
Protect the organization\'s financial value by maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Proficiency in managing financial operations across multiple legal entities under different legal structures.
Familiarity with financial reporting requirements.
Specific experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable.
