Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled

Accountant with Real Estate experience

to join our account team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities



UAE VAT Compliance:

Manage VAT , calculations, and timely filing of returns via the FTA portal for all real estate transactions.

Property Financials:

Handle end-to-end accounting for residential/commercial units, including service charge modeling and collections.

Lease Management:

Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure Tawtheeq registrations align with financial records and security deposits are managed correctly.

Reporting:

Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and year-end audit files in accordance with IFRS.

Candidate Requirements



Experience:

3-5 years of accounting experience within the

UAE Real Estate sector

. qualification is highly preferred.

Language:

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
