Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing Cheques and cash flow
- Preparing statements of accounts and invoices
- Coordinating with the purchase for the supplier payments
- Preparing payrolls for all petty cash and vacation settlements
- Following up the payments with the collection officers.
- Posting all kinds of vouchers.
- Tracing clients LPO.
- Preparing all the reports related to accounts
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
- month-end and year-end close process.
- Monitor Bank accounts and transactions.
- Maintain the relations with Banks.
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- How many years of Contracting or Construction Company Working experience in Accounts ?
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
