We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using QuickBooks and a strong background in accounting practices. Experience in the building material and decor material industry is highly preferred. This position plays a vital role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy in all transactions, and handling VAT submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations and data entry in QuickBooks
Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and budgets
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Conduct bank reconciliations
Monitor cash flow and company expenses
Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks accounting software
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT laws
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Experience in building material and decor material industry is a strong advantage
