We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with specific experience in the real estate industry. As an Experienced Accountant in Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing financial activities related to property development, investment, and management. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance for real estate properties. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual properties and consolidated portfolios. Coordinate with property managers, asset managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Perform financial analysis and variance analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for real estate projects and portfolios. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards applicable to the real estate industry. Participate in audits and tax filings for real estate entities as needed. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate accounting or property management. Strong understanding of real estate financial concepts, including property valuation, lease accounting, and investment analysis. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
