We are a leading luxury limousine service provider in the UAE, dedicated to delivering exceptional and seamless transportation experiences to our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Accountant

to join our team and ensure the financial health and compliance of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and petty cash. Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations. Monitor driver trip sheets, fuel expenses, and other operational costs. Coordinate with management for budgeting and cost control measures. Ensure timely payroll preparation for drivers and office staff. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the transportation or service industry (limousine industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho) and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Urdu/Hindi is a plus).
