Job Description
Designation: Senior Accountant Salary: OMR 350/- Month (Negotiable) Qualification: ACCA, CA Inter Experience: Working in audit firms (*Minimum 5 year) * 1) Preparation of financial statements as per international accounting standards 2) Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule 3) Assist with tax audits and tax returns 4) Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance 5) Plan, assign and review staff\xe2\x80\x99s work 6) Support month-end and year-end close process 7) Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls 8) Recording of daily transactions 9) Ensure timely bank payments 10) Reconciliation of bank statements 11) Preparing management reports as per requirement 12) Coordination with banks for arranging loans 13) Coordination with suppliers 14) Coordination with shipping companies and keep update about status of shipment 15) Preparing monthly payroll 16) Perform stock count 17) Have knowledge of accounting software 18) Have good knowledge of MS office 19) Fluent in writing and speaking of English Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RO350.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muscat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
