We're currently looking for a Accountant Milk Pay to join our Finance team in El Jadida Factory. In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate payment to milk suppliers, maintain, check, and reconcile data input to ensure all the payroll data are maintained at high quality level.

A day in the life ...

Ensure data entry daily to secure timetable for milk payment to farmer.

Prepare periodic milk report for management.

Manage milk asset register.

Ensure cash transaction for sundry expenses.

Participate & coach the stock take team.

Prepare accruals and control, and conduct weekly monitoring of FFOH expenses, with monthly reporting to Heads of Departments

Prepare monthly Variance report - FFOH.

Ensure daily control and follow up on material prices isssue.

Perform weekly and monthly variance analysis.

Ensure inventory count.

Control process of damaged assets and scarp sales in the factory. What will make you successful...

Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting.

2 years of accounting experience in multinational environment.

Strong understanding of Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.

Additional knowledge in milk production is an asset.

Good written and verbal communication skills.
