Join our esteemed organization as an Accountant! We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in accounts and proficiency in Tally ERP. Perform accounting and data entry for all financial transactions. . Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial and accounting documents. . Prepare invoices and purchase orders. . Create bank transfer letters accompanied by payment vouchers and supporting documents. . Generate cheques with payment vouchers and supporting documents. . Record receipts with relevant supporting documents. . Manage rent, electricity, GOSI, LMRA, and other related matters. . Handle salary preparations, including leave salary and settlement calculations. . Calculate indemnity and undertake bank and credit card reconciliations. . Prepare statements of accounts for both suppliers and customers. . Reconcile customers' and suppliers' accounts. Requirements: . At least 4 years of experience in pure accounting. . Bachelor's degree in accounts (B. Com) or equivalent. . Proficient experience in Tally ERP software. . Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure. . Excellent teamwork and communication skills. . Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel and MS Office package. . Effective time management and attention to detail.
