1.Check and reconcile Daily data needed on the day to day operations such as Sales or in any form of transactions which affects accounting data accordingly. 2. Perform checking verification duties on inventories, purchases documentation and any related matter concerning supply chain concerns. 3.Ensure all expenses were all recorded properly and that all were taken up each and every transaction that exists in business operation. 4.Ensure Deposits, collections, remittances related to financial transactions be accurately recorded and reported whenever the applicability of timing of posting requires. 5.Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries, ledger and accounting adjustments. 6.Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions for issues arising the cause and the effective correction to prevent further error continuity. 7.Generate financial reports and statements to Regional Managers for review and submission to Head Office upon further approval. 8.Perform financial analysis and reporting to management on the development such as reason of accounts movement as needed. 9. Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within provided deadlines. 10. Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report accordingly to management. 11.Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely manner including inter branch concerns. 12. Provide guidance to other Accountants and staff including other departments when needed to the develop the inter department cooperation reading financial related issues. 13. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts. 14. Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations as well as schedules related to the financial year reporting. 15. Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations. Review and recommend changes to existing accounting policies procedures. Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to Management for performance improvements. 16. Respond to any other tasks assigned from time to time by the Regional Manager, Accounting Manager, Finance Officer other Company Officers related to Company business transactions 17. Perform coordination with outside creditors as well as debtors including banks, clients, suppliers, tax authorities and the likes if needed in relation to finance and accounting functions. Qualifications 1. Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accountancy / BS Commerce major in Accounting. 2. Five or more years of experience as an Accountant position. 3. Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment and under pressure; 4. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner. 5. Adhere to strict confidentiality involving, client and supplier concerns, other matters, and internal/external correspondences. 6. Take decisive action on opportunities to achieve specific outcomes. 7. Convey a sense of urgency when appropriate and persists in the face of obstacles and get immediate results and adds value as requires in this type of industry. 8. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English and Arabic 9. Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) along with SAP, Syrian Soft or any other accounting software. 10. Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the organization in a timely and professional manner. 11.
