As an accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As an accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions in ledgers or accounting software.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support decision-making and planning.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Conduct internal audits to assess financial procedures and controls.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
