Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, and support the finance function of our IT business operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, VAT compliance, and experience handling financial activities.

Telugu speaking candidates are highly preferred.

Candidates with spouse visa are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate books of accounts, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Record supplier invoices, customer receipts, and petty cash transactions. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Handle bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow statements.

2. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Generate profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and expense analyses. Support in preparing audit schedules and liaising with auditors.

3. VAT & Compliance

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including filing VAT returns and maintaining records. Stay updated on UAE corporate tax laws and assist with tax-related documentation. Coordinate with external auditors and government authorities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in an IT or trading company in UAE. Strong knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws. Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
