We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Accountant

with a background in real estate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling full-spectrum accounting responsibilities, especially related to real estate transactions and property management accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to property transactions Handle rent collection, lease accounting, and tenant billing Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Assist in budgeting and forecasting for property investments Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations Work closely with property managers and real estate agents Coordinate with auditors during financial audits Maintain documentation related to property purchases, sales, and expenses

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector is plus Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and financial reporting standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines UAE Driving License is mandatory
