Key Responsibilities:

VAT Registration & Filing (UAE FTA) Corporate Tax Registration & Filing Financial Reporting & Analysis Accounts Payable & Receivable (AR/AP) Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Monitoring Budget Preparation & Cost Control Ledger Maintenance & Aging Reports Taxation & Audit Coordination

Technical Skills Required:

Proficient in ERP systems, QuickBooks, ZOHO, and Tally Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Automation)

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience in the UAE In-depth understanding of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Day to day bookkeeping and marketing for company. Send monthly or as required details of outstanding balances to costumers and follow up for payment Payable analysis and make payment as per the due dates Bank Reconciliation Assist in Yearly closing of costumer's accounts. Assist in preparing documents and answer queries required by external parties. Send and reply on emails in a sufficient timely manner. Maintain professional communication with clients and team members. Experience in accounting, knowledge of Accounting Firm is an advantage. Age: 25 - 35 years Excellent spoken English Working hours: 8 to 1 and 3-8 (5 and Half days a week,Sunday off) Visa provided (employee to cover visa costs if position is quit before Probation Expiry). Preferably can speak filipin salary 2500 -3500
