Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with reporting to ensure smooth financial management. Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software - Tally.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile ledgers, accounts, and statements.
• Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining documentation for audits.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks is an advantage).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
