Are you an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the real estate development or brokerage sector? We're looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive finance professional to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working with a real estate developer or brokerage firm in Dubai
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, VAT compliance, bank reconciliation, and project costing
Familiar with RERA regulations, escrow accounts, and real estate transaction processes
Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
Role Highlights:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor project budgets, receivables, and payables
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders
