About the Role
M42 is looking for a detail-oriented UAE National Accountant I to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance across our healthcare network. This role plays a key part in managing budget control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end reporting, while ensuring alignment with IFRS and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, payables, and reconciliations.
Support monthly and annual financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators.
Qualifications

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years' experience in Accounting.
• Healthcare industry experience or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
