Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update the general ledger by posting journal entries and reconciling accounts. Record day-to-day financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare trial balances and support the preparation of financial statements. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS). Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. Monitor and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

ualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) Proven experience (2+ years) in bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, or a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, NetSuite) Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills
