HS Ad MEA is an LG company and the marketing arm of LG, based in Dubai, UAE. We support LG's business across the Middle East and Africa through integrated marketing and operational excellence. Our Admin team oversees Finance, Accounting, HR, and General Affairs, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and smooth financial operations across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Traffic Operations
Create and manage Job Numbers; review PO approval requests and create POs.
Review invoice issuance requests and create Sales Orders (SO).
Create and review vendor invoices.
Handle business trip closing and related expense processing.
Finance & Accounting Operations
Manage vendor bank registration and updates
Process cash claims across the entities.
Prepare accruals and post G/L entries in line with monthly closing checklists.
Post general expense entries (telecom, logistics, leasing, office supplies, etc.).
Review and support business trip approvals across MEA entities.
Reporting & Approvals
Support finance reporting as required.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or shared service environments.
Hands-on experience with SAP
Experience supporting multi-country or MEA region operations is a plus.
High attention to detail with strong compliance and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
