Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and experienced Accountant

to manage the financial operations of our multi-chain restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

restaurant accounting

, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations, including

accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, recipe costing and cash flow monitoring

. Maintain

accurate financial records

for multiple outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies. Reconcile

sales, inventories, and commissions

between the ERP system and accounting software. Prepare and process

payments, invoices, bank reconciliations, and payroll

. Assist in

month-end and year-end closing processes

, including journal entries and financial reporting. Manage and update

vendor accounts

and ensure timely payments. Monitor

cash balances

and assist in cash flow forecasting. Support external, internal, and revenue audits by providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with

UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and other financial laws

. Assist in the preparation of

profitability analysis and financial reports

for management review. Maintain

accurate records of purchases, expenses, and fixed assets

.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

in the UAE, specifically in the

restaurant

&

F&B, hospitality

. Strong knowledge of

restaurant financial processes, including inventory, revenue reconciliation, and cost control

. Proficiency in

accounting software

such as

QuickBooks and Sapaad

. Familiarity with

UAE VAT laws and financial regulations

. Ability to

prepare detailed and accurate financial reports

within deadlines. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. A proactive, detail-oriented team player with the ability to multitask.

Salary Range:

AED 4,000 - 5,000 (All-Inclusive) based on experience and qualifications.
