Job Description
We are hiring a skilled
Accountant / Finance Executive
to join ourAbu Dhabi company
?
Key Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts, reconciliations, and routine bookkeeping Prepare and submit
VAT returns
according to UAE FTA regulations ManageCorporate Tax filing and documentation
for Abu Dhabi mainland operations Review and issuetax-compliant invoices and customer contracts
Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with auditors or authorities when necessary Monitor payments, collections, and assist with basic financial reporting Ensure all tax and financial operations comply withUAE mainland regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience working for
mainland-registered companies in Abu Dhabi or the UAE
Strong knowledge ofUAE VAT laws
,Corporate Tax
, andFTA portal usage
Familiar withcontractual invoicing and commercial documentation
for UAE businesses Minimum 3 years of accounting/tax experience in the UAE Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage) Currently residing in Abu DhabiPreferred:
Experience withAbu Dhabi Mainland companies
Understanding ofintercompany transactions and UAE tax implications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
