Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, handling VAT filing, payroll processing, and ensuring full compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations. Both experienced candidates and freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, including payables, receivables, petty cash, bank transactions, and other financial entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance as per UAE FTA requirements. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Prepare payroll and ensure WPS compliance. Coordinate with auditors and other departments for year-end audits. Monitor project costs and assist with budgeting and cost control. Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company accounting policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in the Signage Industry is an advantage (not mandatory). Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime) Strong MS Excel skills and high attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Husband-sponsored visa or own visa is preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
