Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, handling VAT filing, payroll processing, and ensuring full compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations. Both experienced candidates and freshers with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records, including payables, receivables, petty cash, bank transactions, and other financial entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Handle VAT calculations, filing, and compliance as per UAE FTA requirements. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Prepare payroll and ensure WPS compliance. Coordinate with auditors and other departments for year-end audits. Monitor project costs and assist with budgeting and cost control. Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company accounting policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in the aluminium and glass industry is an advantage (not mandatory). Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar). Strong MS Excel skills and high attention to detail. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Husband-sponsored visa or own visa is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with project-based costing (preferably in fabrication or construction industries).

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
