Female Accountant Job Duties and Responsibilities : * Analyze financial information and summarize financial status * Oversee errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending, maintaining budgets and forecast analysis * Provide support to Sales Team & Admin in regards to organization of Accounting system. * Review and recommend amendments to accounting systems and procedures.in regards to seamless integration and automation. *Provide input to company's goal setting process through financial planning. *Prepare financial statements and reports. * Prepare quarterly Tax returns and assist external auditors. * Participate in planning, assigning and review staff's work. * Liaise with the Head Office Accounting Head to improve financial procedures. * Maintains the books of accounts, handle admin tasks, and prepare WPS Salaries. * Manages online banking, prepares accounts payable payments, accounts receivable and any other tasks in related to payment & collection processing. * Assist purchase requests from other departments of the organization. Job Requirements and Qualifications : Bachelor s or higher degree in Accounting /Finance /Business From 2 to 5 years of accounting/finance experience. Strong understanding of accounting theories Very good English (Spoken & Written) is preferred. Highly detail oriented and organized in work. Ability to meet assigned deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
