We're looking for a SINGLE FEMALE detail-oriented and experienced Accountant cum Admin to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and provide financial insights to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation, car rental, or limousine industries and auto service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget variance analysis and auto service cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Collaborate with operations team to manage fleet costs, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency.
- Prepare and file tax returns, financial statements, and other regulatory reports.
- Perform month-end close procedures, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience in transportation, car rental, or limousine industries or auto-trend service.
- Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience with transportation-specific accounting software.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and laws.
- Open for any nationality.
