GL Accounting and monthly financial closing process
Updating project cost in the excel sheet
Maintaining proper accounts with project wise costing in the accounting system.
Preparation of monthly MIS report for submission to the management. Including adjustments/reclassifications and completion of support schedules.
Maintaining up to date record of AP, AR. Update periodically report to the HOFA, any over outstanding receivables or payable to be updated immediately to HOFA and taking necessary action to resolve it.
Verify correctness of payment vouchers of entrusted SBUs', ensuring they are in line with underlying contracts/PO/other supporting documents with approval from authorized persons as per company policy.
Interaction with other business units' finance personnel to coordinate, resolve and close issues as they arise.
Assist in intercompany reporting, reconciliation and balancing wherever needed.
Preparation of ad-hoc reports to support management decision making.
Preparation of audit schedules as required.
Liaise with external parties like vendors and bank for promptly resolving any issues.
Finding efficiencies and assisting to implement new procedures and controls.
Follow and enforce Artan Holding's accounting policies and procedures.
Preparing other financial report as required.
Maintains updated record of Project financial data to assist management on their monitoring and control functions.
Any other duties and responsibilities that have been added from time to time based on business requirements (including front desk management
