Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and expense claims.
Update and maintain company ledgers and financial records.
Reconcile financial books, including incoming and outgoing funds.
Reporting and analysis:
Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Help with generating financial documents like purchase orders and bank statements.
Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records.
Administrative support:
Handle general office and administrative tasks related to accounting.
Communicate with clients or vendors regarding financial matters.
Support compliance and audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
Required skills
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
