The role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates, sales orders, invoices, and LPOs.
Record supplier bills and process payments.
Record customer payments and manage petty cash.
Monitor company expenses and maintain financial records.
Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all finance-related files.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
