Summary : As a Restaurant Accountant, responsible for Managing external audit engagements including client expectations, budgets, and financial reporting, Delivering detailed analysis of findings and coordinating all analytical, technical, and research tasks, Collaborating with Senior Managers and Partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs and internal audit reports.

Skills : Inventory Management, Light Accounting, Customer Service, Office Management, Accounts Payable, Clerical Duties, Data Entry, Computer .

Responsible for all the general accounting of restaurant .

Produced month end financial statements, reconciliation of store P&L to corporate P&L, prepaid and accrued account reconciliation, bank account reconciliation, manager bonus calculations, all invoice entry and vendor statement review, and month end journal entries.

Fixed Asset accounting responsibilities included: review & verification of all fixed asset invoices, processed all additions, disposals, period depreciation calculation, budget depreciation projection, and produced all year end audit schedules.

Developed all Reconciliations used by the Company.

Developed daily Flash Report that reported daily & weekly sales, guest count, check averages & variances.

Developed Internal Excel based P&L for the restaurant proprietors.

Developed summary report that monitored the on going costs of all units under construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
