Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle accounting: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, and month/year-end closing
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Maintain accurate records for property sales, leases, and commissions
Ensure VAT compliance and coordinate with auditors
Implement internal controls and maintain compliance with UAE regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Experience in
real estate is mandatory!
Strong knowledge of
UAE VAT
, financial reporting, and budgeting
Proficient in accounting software
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
