Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting entries and basic financial reporting
Follow up on customer payments, suppliers, LPOs, and invoices
Prepare reconciliations (customers & suppliers)
Respond to emails professionally in English
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Coordinate with the workshop team regarding pending jobs and approvals
Assist in preparing statements, summaries, and reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
1-3 years of experience in accounting (experience in automotive/workshop is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (email writing is required)
Good skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Organized, responsible, and committed to deadlines
Preferred:
Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, Zoho Books, or any other accounting systems
