Job Description

Accountant - Dubai (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 per month
Industry: Real Estate & Property Management
Job Overview:
A specialized role for an accountant with direct experience in the real estate sector, responsible for managing property-related accounts, financial statements, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties and projects.
  • Manage owner statements, service charge calculations, reconciliations, and distributions.
  • Process transactions related to leases, commissions, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations and other local authorities.
  • Liaise with property managers, owners, and external auditors.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Hindi speaker with proven experience in the real estate industry in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of RERA processes and real estate accounting practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Hands-on experience with real estate management software is a plus.
