Job Description
:
A leading multinational company based in a free zone is seeking a motivated Accounting Graduate to join its dynamic finance team. Candidates with experience using Zoho Accounting Software are highly encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Familiarity with Zoho Books or Zoho Finance Suite.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate daily records of sales, expenses, and bank transactions in Zoho.
Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements in line with HQ formats.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable.
Calculate and submit VAT filings in compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate annual financial reporting and liaise with external auditors.
Support corporate tax filings and related documentation.
Organize and manage financial documents and records.
Assist with company registrations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
