We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our financial health and operational efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Accountant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the center. This includes maintaining financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, managing accounts payable/receivable, and ensuring full compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in the UAE healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Recording & Bookkeeping:
• Manage all accounting transactions and maintain the general ledger using Tally software.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Tax Compliance:
• Prepare and file accurate VAT returns on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws and prepare for future filings.
• Maintain proper documentation for all tax-related transactions.
• Liaise with external auditors and government authorities as needed.
• Sector-Specific Duties:
• Manage patient billing, insurance claims processing (if applicable), and revenue cycle management specific to a dermatology/cosmetic center.
• Track and analyze clinic revenue, procedure costs, and inventory related to medical supplies.
• Ensure financial practices align with the specific operational needs of a healthcare facility.
• General:
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management to support decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Must have experience within the UAE Healthcare sector (experience in Dermatology, Aesthetics, or Dental clinics is highly preferred).
• Proven experience with VAT filing and Corporate Tax compliance in the UAE.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally software is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
