Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Description:
- Preparing daily Journal Vouchers
- Posting month-end closing activities
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of cheques against invoices
- Filing invoices, receipts, bank statements and other supporting documents
- Arrange and prepare annual audit requirement reports/ supporting documents
- Update fixed asset register on monthly basis
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2 - 3 years of experience, within a Big Four audit firm, or an investment company / holding company in UAE
- Able to prepare VAT Returns as per UAE Federal Tax Authority Requirements
- Technical competency in accounting policies (IFRS)
- Experience in consolidation is an advantage
- Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software
