JOB POSITION: ACCOUNTANT JOB LOCATION: DUBAI, UAE JOB PURPOSE An Accountant Professional is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of an organization. Their duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing a company\xe2\x80\x99s accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable on daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger accounts, balances and the entire accounting cycle.
- Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centers
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- working knowledge of standard accounting practices in the UAE including VAT compliance
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Manages our account for the compliance with UAE tax law, does the filling quarterly and maintains accurate and up-to-date records.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
