Only UAE experience & Arabic Speaking Candidate We are looking for General accountant for our Travel Agency. Responsibilities: Enter sales into the system as per the Daily sales report. Enter daily collection and payment into the system. Routine follow up with the ticketing staff through emails and personal interactions, for unreported documents and pending LPO\xe2\x80\x99s. Generating Invoices to customers and arranging for the delivery as per the schedule. Reconciliation of supplier on weekly basis and ensure there are no long pending items in the reconciliation. Reconciliation of Client on monthly basis and ensure there are no long pending items in the reconciliation. Highlighting the issues to the notice of management wherever there is a short collection on the LPO\xe2\x80\x99s or least volume of retention is claimed on the sale of tickets and other services. Support the Management in preparation and presentation of Financial Reports and statements. Job Requirement : Candidate should have minimum 3 years of Travel Agency experience Preferable. Candidate with E-Travel software experience, will be preferable. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000 - AED3,500 per month Education:
- Bachelor Degree
- Travel Agency Accounts: 3 years (Preferred)
- E Travel Accounting Software: 3 years (Preferred)
- Travel & Tourism: 3 years (Preferred)
