The Accountants will be responsible for various accounting tasks including bank reconciliation and data analysis using Excel. - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Utilize Excel, particularly VLOOKUP, to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned.
- Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with experience in bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong knowledge of VLOOKUP function.
- Comfortable working 10-hour shifts, 6 days a week on a rotational basis.
- Ability to commute to International City Phase 2 for work.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
