We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in Tally ERP software to join our finance team. Responsibilities: 1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP software. 2. Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. 3. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 4. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently. 5. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support for decision-making. 7. Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports. 8. Stay updated on changes in accounting and taxation regulations to ensure compliance. 9. Generate various financial reports as required by management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an Accountant with in-depth knowledge of Tally ERP software. 3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. 4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook. 6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 9. Relevant certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
