JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a talented Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. This role is crucial in supporting the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health by applying accounting principles and practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition, Cash Management
- Reconciliation (bank, cash, suppliers, inter-company)
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Work with external auditors and accountants to ensure compliance
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Maintains a variety of specialized files and ensures confidentiality of specified records, proper handling of extremely confidential and sensitive information
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- ACCA or CA recommended
- Experience in Oracle Netsuite
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Excellent command over verbal and written English communication skills, Advanced MS Excel skills
- Handle and close complex transaction
