The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen. Responsibilities
Deductions, Bonuses, Finalization of Staff Provisions, Leave Salary, etc.
Monitoring Bank Position and Bank Reconciliation.
Replying to emails of the clients and provide them with the required information.
Variances Monitoring, identifying trends & recommending actions to management.
Mailing, Contract, Pay Slip, Warning letters, LPO, etc.
Maintain purchase, Sales commissions, Utilities, Payment Vouchers, and Bank Transfers, etc.
Liaising with Auditors for the Finalization of Annual Accounts.
Perform accurate data entry of payables, ensuring that applicable purchase orders or check requests are submitted with invoice
Manage posting revenue and generate corresponding invoices for Accounts Receivable to forward for payment
Maintain Excel tracking spreadsheet and reconcile payments
Check, edit and prepare month end reconciliation reports and journal entries on a monthly basis in order to provide data for posting to the general ledger and for financial statements
Maintain organized filing system for all paid invoice
Requirements:
Post high school education in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience, Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
