Alaa Mohra Properties is seeking a qualified and experienced accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess a background in accounting/finance and have a good understanding of UAE tax regulations. Responsibilities:
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and daily accounting tasks, including reporting, analysis, reconciliation, vendor and customer file maintenance, issue resolution, responding to queries, and processing adjustments and journal entries.
- Ensure efficient and smooth functioning of accounting operations.
- Assist in researching and resolving various accounting issues.
- Support in tax audit processes when required.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly VAT reports in compliance with FTA and other relevant tax authorities.
- Responsible for the preparation of tax returns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficient in financial analysis.
- Bilingual proficiency (Arabic is preferable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- UAE experience is a plus.
