Coordinate and follow up payments/receivables to Customers 7. Knowledge of Inventory Handling, Monitoring & Adjustments 8. Know how to handle product margins for every product we are selling. 9. Posting Receipts, Payments, Invoices, Bills, and Other Entries on the System 10. Handling Monthly Payroll, Employee Benefits & All Bank Transactions 11. Performing Bank Reconciliations 12. Performing Suppliers & Clients Reconciliations 13. Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company 14. Analyzing, Updating, and Maintaining Accounting Records 15. Preparing Aging of Payables & Receivables 16. Assisting HR & Admin department 17. Preparing Accruals on Month-End/Quarterly/Year-End Closing 18.
