Accountant cum Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced

Accountant cum PRO

to handle accounting operations as well as government-related documentation and liaison tasks. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Qatar's immigration and labor procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment entries. Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash. Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports. Support payroll processing and salary disbursement. Coordinate with auditors and management for financial reviews.

PRO Duties:

Manage visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Handle company registration, trade license renewals, and legal documentation. Coordinate with ministries, immigration, and labor departments. Prepare and submit employee documentation (QID, medical, fingerprint, etc.). Maintain updated company and employee records as per government regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and PRO roles in Qatar. Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, Immigration, and government portals (Metrash, Hukoomi, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred). Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Based on experience and qualifications.
