Job Summary:
We are hiring an
Accountant cum HR Assistant
to handle daily accounting operations and HR administration for a fast-paced contracting and fit-out company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage company insurance renewals (medical, vehicle, business policies)
Handle payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and EOSB
Manage employee leave, settlements, and HR records
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Handle accounts payable & receivable, petty cash, and invoices
Maintain financial records and prepare basic reports & reconciliations
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and auditors
Support management with accounting & HR administration tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
Minimum
4 years UAE experience
in Accounts & HR role
Strong knowledge of payroll, HR administration & accounting
Experience handling
insurance policies & renewals
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Well-organized, accurate, and able to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
