Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and collections.
Prepare and update invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Deposit collected payments into company accounts and maintain supporting records.
Assist with general accounting tasks including entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Support the finance team in audits, month-end closing, and documentation.
Visit client locations for collections and maintain professional client relations.
Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in
Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Valid driver's license (mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential financial data.
