Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
Process cash, card, mobile, and other forms of payment
Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately
Maintain a clean and organized checkout or service area
Count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
Assist with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
Follow company policies related to cash handling and customer service
Report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic math and money-handling skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
