We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate to manage daily financial tasks and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and be proficient in English communication.
Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
Prepare Estimates and Invoices
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
Prepare tax-related filings.
Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Support external auditors and coordinate audits.
Experience in Zoho
Good Communication Skills in English
