Manage and oversee daily administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.
Support procurement by preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
Provide administrative assistance to senior management as required.
Handle office communications such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing emails.
Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Assist HR functions including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and maintaining personnel records.
Process and manage payments, track accounts receivable/payable, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative support and accounting roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with inventory management software.
Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with an understanding of market dynamics.
