Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records
Process payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, taxes, etc.)
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external vendors as needed
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies and equipment
Maintain proper filing systems and company records
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and documentation for management
Assist with HR duties such as staff records and onboarding
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a construction or maintenance company.
Familiarity with local statutory regulations and compliance
